Dear Governor Michel Paul,

The Foundation "Der Rotarier“ offers International Study Scholarships for Students from Central and Eastern Europe to study in Austria or Germany.
The program is dedicated to promote international views, tolerance in all aspects, intercultural encounters and the concept of international understanding. To that end, study scholarships are awarded to especially qualified students from Central and Eastern Europe. Also necessary periods of practical training for a study program can be financed. I ask you to publish the program in your District. Qualified students may apply; they must be sponsored by a Rotary Club of your District. The deadline is 31 December 2018.
