Rotary Club of Adliya - 7ewar project brief
As millennials continue to climb the ladder in their careers, clashes based on different managerial styles of managers from different generations emerge and hinder the overall productivity of the company. “7ewar” is a platform that addresses this issue by launching a conversation about how a fusion of styles can be obtained through dialogue, support and compromise that can lead to a desired optimum outcome for the company, underlining the importance of cooperation despite generational differences for today and for the future.
Hosted by the Rotary Club of Adliya, 7ewar took place on Nov 11th, 2018 at the BIBF. The event was supported by BBK, who is always keen on supporting youth initiatives and ensure they are empowered to shape their future and have a successful career.
